How to get touch of malice if you're at 44 fragments found.
First off, a big F U to "Sackofferrets"... He didn't want to share this method, too bad it's been figured out.
Anyway, once you have 44. The only one you're missing is the fragment from the agonarch rune. You can move this between characters in order to get more than one charge per day. So if you are currently only at 5, just move this to two other characters in order to get more charges bringing you to 7/7.
This will allow you to get the final fragment through the chest that will spawn as a reward for the agonarch event. As log as you have all other Eris prerequisite quests done, at 45 this should trigger the final part

You need to have completed Hunger Pangs, The old Hunger, and that original 5 fragment quest line from Eris

1 ReplyI'm currently at 41 fragments. The only ones I need are 2 from t3 court of Oryx and 4 from kings fall. So I'll probably just do the raid since court of Oryx is always empty

2 RepliesOr just get all five in raid and all three from tier 3 courts granted you got the others. Currently have 47 fragments which is most u can get atm. You can not have the argonach rune one and still have 45. Just FYI. Use your grim to see which ones your missing in the enemies - book of sorrows section and check the wiki or online for locations

1 ReplyYou can have an uncharged one and go in with someone that is charged and one the fighting begins it will charge. I do this all the time so I don't have to wait.

I missed week 1 and 2 CoO, as well as the 1st week Nightfall fragment. The highest I can get to right now is 44/50, even with the fragment you suggest.

8 RepliesI'm stuck at 44 fragments even with the Agonarch Rune chest fragment. The only one I seem to be missing that Sackofferrets has is fragment XXIX (Carved in Ruin.) Does anyone else that has this know how it can be obtained? The guide on reddit doesn't have any info on this one.

lol I like how people act like its a big deal to have to wait a couple days to get a couple more charges. Your life isnt going to end if it takes a few days to charge the damn thing

1 ReplyYou can charge the rune from that event. I had a teammate doing the activity and went from 4 to 7 charges and got the end loot including fragment.

43/45 atm still missing T2 CoO (Easy), and T3 CoO, i got one today, will i still get touch of malice even if i do it this coming tuesday for reset? i have the pre-req quests done, for kingsfall etc just missing the two fragments.
