So...if your theory holds true...
Why is it at light 295, all of my blue engrams are for 260-275 light?

Exactly I'm 295 and all I get is blue 270's-280's. This guy is dumb.

This is legit, I put on gear that makes me 180 light and earn blues, now earn more blues with your higher light. When decrypting have max light gear. You'll notice some of the gear being about 30 light worse, those pieces are the blues you got at 180 but pushed to their best standards because of your higher light.
