How to use Three of Coins. (Must read)
I've been farming Scourge of Winter story boss. Get the checkpoint outside his chamber. Pop coin, snipe boss low, run in and rocket suicide to kill him. If he dropped loot, it'll still be there. Rinse and repeat. Within 15 coins, I've gotten 3 chest exotics.

Mission - Scourge of Winter[b] (Difficult doesn't matter)

Pop coin.
Snipe boss low, or shoot him, whatever works for you.
Go in and kill him and yourself with a rocket launcher. Any loot will carry over after you revive at the checkpoint.
Rinse and repeat while collecting any loot drops from the previous kill.
[b]Only use one coin at a time,[/b] the buff goes away regardless of you getting a drop or not.

Now today I decided to get 20 more three of coins and call it good ( want to keep some coins on hand for next week lol ) . So I went to scourge of winter and decided to use two coins at a time and see what happens. I got 4 engrams - one primary and three secondary. Best luck I've had so far using this strategy. If I bought 20 more coins I'd probably not get a single engram lol. Anyways off to the tower! edit: got jade rabbit, invective, and two hereafters !!!

3 RepliesApparently people have been doing it wrong anyway. Get to the area. Get boss low. Pop a coin or two. Kill. Restart. Get boss low. KILL. Don't pop another coin. It starts stacking after the first time you killed him. Simple version. Area --> boss low --> coin --> kill --> restart and kill boss + you --> restart --> boss low --> coin (maybe) --> kill.

Too bad I ran out of coins but within two hours of doing this on and off, I got about 25 exotic engrams. Should have not wasted my coins on the exotic helm engrams lol

2 RepliesHas any one tried the sword if crota quest on the moon? 4 ultras in the mission (if being named yellow bar constitutes ultra)with 3 at the end back to back. I imagine you could pop coin, kill baruk whatever, run thru mission, pop coin, kill first sword prince, run to staircase, pop coin, rinse repeat. You should be able to go to orbit and save checkpoint
