How to use Three of Coins. (Must read)
I've been farming Scourge of Winter story boss. Get the checkpoint outside his chamber. Pop coin, snipe boss low, run in and rocket suicide to kill him. If he dropped loot, it'll still be there. Rinse and repeat. Within 15 coins, I've gotten 3 chest exotics.
Edit. 31 coins, 5 exotic engrams. Roughly half hour of .
Mission - Scourge of Winter[b] (Difficult doesn't matter)

Pop coin.
Snipe boss low, or shoot him, whatever works for you.
Go in and kill him and yourself with a rocket launcher. Any loot will carry over after you revive at the checkpoint.
Rinse and repeat while collecting any loot drops from the previous kill.
[b]Only use one coin at a time,[/b] the buff goes away regardless of you getting a drop or not.

9 RepliesDo you need to be certain light level for exotics to drop? I'm currently at 273 light and have done 35 kill/suicides so far with nothing but banners and green/blue drops.

3 RepliesIf ur just trying to burn through the coins id do this, but if u want to have more fun with it get a fireteam and run the lvl 36 strikes, u get the same results it just takes longer.

At last a good way to use up my strange coins, ovet 300 three of coins to use up before they patch it, i find the black garden farm easier to run as i kill one and die with zero risk
