The base assumption of this game is that all weapons used in the end game are legendary or exotic. NO one would pay for anything else. It took me 20 minutes per character (2 so far) to get to level 40. I have NO interest in anything other than legendary weapons. I don't care what your team of sadists think about balance with regards to this. You need to fix this.
