Call or use the psn chat support, BE POLITE, and explain your case, if they tell you the content in question is too old for a refund (AND THEY WILL), reiterate your case, be firm, BUT POLITE, simply ask them to forward it to the refund dept, regardless of the age of content. IT WORKED FOR ME.
I feel though, if you wait a few days, you might have a better chance at success, the winds of shit are wafting over Bungie, and the shitstorms about to form a shiticaine.

Just out of interest, when did you buy the expansion pass and when did you get refunded?
-
I bought both dlc separate when they launched. I was approved for a refund a few days ago, it took about 5 business days to be approved after my initial request was made.
-
Cool, thanks. I bought the expansion pass just before TDB hopefully i'll be in with a chance of getting the money back.
-
Good luck, remember to be polite.
-
Thanks, yeah i've been in similar situations well not trying to get a refund nearly a year after but you get what i mean haha Politeness gets you every where it's another human on the other end of the chat who's probably having a shit day at work. A bit of humour usually helps too :)
-
Exactly, that guy on the other end probably doesnt know shit about destinys paywall, and couldnt care less, ultimately though, its up to him if your request gets advanced to the refund dept. or not. At least in my case thats how it was. That rep. youll be talking to didnt screw you over, Bungie did.

Hiya pal, i'm struggling to find the live chat support. Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
-
Thats for PSN, Chat support seems to be down at teh moment though....
-
Thanks, I ended up using the contact page to send them an email. I think i put my point across pretty well. Probably have to wait for days for a reply though :)

Excellent, if i were you though, id call or contact them via chat support. Its just quicker those ways. Good luck, sir.
