Do NOT complete your faction quest yet
If you complete your 25th rank faction quest before 9/15 you will have Nothing as reward so wait till ttk arrives

I can't even get a DO emblem to start it. Both the emblem kiosk and DO guy don't have it for me. NM and FWC are available. Anybody know why?
