OK, so everyone now has their "new" level. I've been reborn as a 34, which is the new level cap until TTK drops, when it goes up to 40. Now, important question. Given that you can level up simply by grinding XP on any type of activity, could I still get to Level 40 even if I haven't bought TTK? The patch notes state: "Character Level Cap will be increased to 40 on 9/15 (requires The Taken King)" REQUIRES But everyone I ask seems to say different things. Does ANYONE know?
