Base perk: this weapon has a long charge time, and only holds 3 rounds in a clip, but does massive damage Perk 1 mulligan Scopes: Iron sights: increased handling, better target acquisition, reduced damage Time sights: high powered scope that gets ripped into our timeline whenever you go to use it, lower stability, horrible target acquisition, higher damage Exotic perk: the Hezen revenge This weapon carries the anger of the defeated Hezen vex after you broke the seal on the vault of glass, whenever you aim down your sights with this weapon it will slow down time for a brief period,perk will not proc in pvp

[i]Patience and Vengeance. "Deep vengeance is the daughter of deep silence."[/i] Exotic Sniper. 4 round clip. Exotic Perk: This weapon fires a delayed explosive round (Meaning it deals normal damage, then after awhile explodes. Meaning YES one round can kill someone with a chest shot, but only if they don't take immediate action and haul ass.)

Exotic hand cannon with choice of 2 exotic perks The Path of the Righteous: Incoming enemy fire has its accuracy significantly reduced. Or Tyranny of Evil: Precision kills cause explosions that chain to nearby enemies with firebolt grenade effect.
