Hello,
The only thing that you will have to rebuy is the base game of Destiny. The current expansions will be able to be installed for free on the One.
You will be able to transfer back and forth console generations no problem.
Keep in mind that TTK is not eligible to transfer from 360 to One for free, similar to the Blacksmith Shader.
