I just received a phone call from Activision consumer support in response to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau against Bungie. He told me that they are well aware of the feedback Destiny is receiving and they are sorry that I'm so dissatisfied with the product.
I desired a full refund of the purchase price of the game and both dlc, they weren't authorized to do that. However, they are sending me a sealed copy of Destiny to return to recoup some of my money [i]and[/i] a free copy of another Activision game, which will also be sealed and also can be traded; I chose Advanced Warfare.
I advise all players who are truly dissatisfied and disgusted by Bungie and their tactics, to file a complaint with the BBB if you want results. I heard from Activision [i]personally[/i] in less than 24 hours and got immediate results.

*Edit* The trolls here crack me up. Are you really that upset at me for making Bungie look even worse? I couldn't care less about getting my money back, Accountability to the player from Bungie is long overdue.
*Edit* It's astounding how hard these Bungie employees are trying, and failing to discredit me. I'm sorry that you can't accept the fact that I'm telling the truth, but that's on you. Your Activision overlords clearly saw merit in my claim, and that's all that matters to me. So boys and girls, I'm fresh out of troll snacks and will leave you to your ridiculous conspiracy theories. 8 RepliesOk a few shots of a package and a screenshot of an email isn't exactly proof but call it what you will. I think your're lying how you got that disc. The key sentence there is 'problems with Destiny'. Why would a company send you another copy if you complained that you were unhappy with the entire game. Sorry all your proof has shown is that you have lied. I actually partially believed you until that point. Oh and I'd remove your address if I were you. It's monumentally stupid to post it in any shape or form on an open forum.

You complained about the game being so bad you deserved a refund after having played that game close to a 1,000 hours and then you CONTINUE to play the game AFTER you get a refund/replacement that was based on you being so dissatisfied with the game that you wanted a refund. If you hated it so much that you felt you deserved a refund why did you put so much time in it and why do you still play it? You really don't see how dishonest this is? Your complaint is only deserved of a refund if you were so disgusted/dissatisfied with the product that you almost immediately stopped using it and never used it again. Because of how much you used it and the fact that you continue to use it just shows that the complaint has absolutely no merit and is deserved of nothing other than being dismissed.
