I just received a phone call from Activision consumer support in response to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau against Bungie. He told me that they are well aware of the feedback Destiny is receiving and they are sorry that I'm so dissatisfied with the product.
I desired a full refund of the purchase price of the game and both dlc, they weren't authorized to do that. However, they are sending me a sealed copy of Destiny to return to recoup some of my money [i]and[/i] a free copy of another Activision game, which will also be sealed and also can be traded; I chose Advanced Warfare.
I advise all players who are truly dissatisfied and disgusted by Bungie and their tactics, to file a complaint with the BBB if you want results. I heard from Activision [i]personally[/i] in less than 24 hours and got immediate results.

*Edit* The trolls here crack me up. Are you really that upset at me for making Bungie look even worse? I couldn't care less about getting my money back, Accountability to the player from Bungie is long overdue.
*Edit* It's astounding how hard these Bungie employees are trying, and failing to discredit me. I'm sorry that you can't accept the fact that I'm telling the truth, but that's on you. Your Activision overlords clearly saw merit in my claim, and that's all that matters to me. So boys and girls, I'm fresh out of troll snacks and will leave you to your ridiculous conspiracy theories. 6 RepliesI don't think you should get your money cus the game has been out for awhile and you didn't complain about it earlier like when it frist came out, no you want your money back just before the new dlc comes yah I don't think so. cus I bet you will still be playing this game and useing those dlc you got, and the money get how do we know you won't use it to buy the new dlc, we don't, and you are getting advanced warfare did you watch any reviews, next a game comes wait see what other people say about it, or rent it see if you like before getting it. Don't complain a good year after I know they would have gotten back to you soon if you really didn't like the game when it frist came out

17 Repliesjust spent all morning trying to get a response from Activision and nothing so I filed on BBB.org . not asking for refund just simply want what I deserve and what all year one players who already bought all the dlcs should get. ( Legendary TTK edition for $40 ) simply asking them to upgrade my preorder to legendary . already paid $140+ and now some noon can pop $79 for it all and walk always with extras that I will never get.

Don't really care if I get anything either but we all need to tell Bungie they need to stop their shit. I used to be gaint fan of theirs and had so much hope for this game since this was their first game without Microsoft but holy shit it looks like Microsoft kept them from going off the rails.
