This is a tough situation. ISIS exists solely to start a war between Islam and The West so a new Muslim Caliphate can be formed. Direct and open military intervention is exactly what they want. Up till now the western powers have been using limited special forces and local proxies to avoid this. At some point we gotta decide if giving them what they want is better or worse than letting them exist.

If they start using any chemical weapons more often I think the UN will get heavily involved. Chemical warfare has been a huge no-no since the Geneva Protocol.

I say we need to start getting antimatter weapons ready. We can make them if we get antimatter, and big boom, so why not. We also need to stop building phones and start building things more suitable for putting factions in their place.
