every primary except thorn and TLW suck ass
The point of this post is that if you aren't using these weapons right now for competitive(tryhard) play you are at a disadvantage regardless of how good you are with a weapon these weapons statistically speaking are able to change the tides of battle, why would you gimp yourself by using something else? Also this was satire but the tag doesn't work...
its true everyone knows its true and it'll still be true when the weapon patch hits its not going to fix everything so much for the weapon variety
no gun you list will beat the damage per round on thorn or TLW.
Atimise Flare's been really cool about this find his comment and bump it they have some incredible insight(I mean its things that should be common sense but I've seen and done (quite frequently to my detriment) many of the things they talk about like using weapons outside their optimal range (like rushing with red death when I should be using a shotty or trying to snipe with hand cannons)

If you're looking for some funky guns to beat the plague, try: Mida - you're probably thinking "nah, it's a piece of crap, dude" but if you land your shots it's ttk is actually pretty damn fast. Any Handcannon with Impact of The Fulcrum or Higher - re-roll that stuff like you work in a bakery until you get Luck in the Chamber, Final Round and Braced Frame. It'll be like having Hawkmoon but you can be a fag and run a Gally as your heavy. Mid Impact Pulse Rifles - Hopscotch Pilgrim is all that people seem to use when it comes to legendary Pulse Rifles now. You do see the odd Messenger here and there though. What's overlooks are the lower impact PRs like The Conduit and The Constellation Scar, with Full Auto and Headseeker those two guns are literal monsters. I hate how The Last Word is now everywhere cause of Xur and now use Mida and PRs and I've never been happier. It's due to everyone trying to use the extra damage perk on it so you can easily pick them off from mid range.

1 ReplyHave you even used every primary? The Thorn and Last Word can be beat pretty easily by a lot of primary weapons with a good perk roll. You should also try strafing and jumping, it helps if the person using the Thorn/Last Word have no aim.

Thorn and TLW are crutch weapons. You just have no skill using other primaries. Nuff said.

9 RepliesIt's called the No Land Beyond buddy, and it's time to kill is zero seconds. So I think that beats all other primaries in the game. Including the the scrubby thorn and last word.

I mainly rock Mida. It's overall a very good weapon, not to be played aggressive with but kinda.. passive aggressive with, if you are weak you have the speed to juke and run away. Those guns CAN dominate. But so can anything else if you are good enough. Just practice. When the patch rolls out, I see myself being an even better played due to not playing with the meta like I used to.. -blam!- the meta, use the mida.
