Which for the most part is hard. Especially if your not good at pvp or can't find a team that will carry you.

Well the same could be said about any raid, there are people better at pvp than pve and vise versa. Just because casual players can't do it isn't really an argument.

people think that making a harder challenge will shun people away, but like you expressed, you can say that about anything. imagine if there wasnt a hard mode raid in the beginning, i bet people would have flipped calling it BS and what not. why dont people want to be challenged? most just want easy mode...
