Why waste the money on keeping this pathetic mother f***er alive. We are way to sensitive to criminals.

It costs more to user the death penalty than to keep them alive for life in prison currently.

He's an MK Ultra nut job too bad our Federal Investigators are paid off.

Nope... Society, especially our prison system, is waaay better off now...

30 RepliesEdited by DFRO1311: 8/9/2015 6:31:57 AMDeath penalty is stupid. Its just for salty people who are mad someone they know got killed and want revenge so they try and kill the murderer back. Its just for bloodthirsty, vengeful fgts. Just think about it. The whole point of the penalty is to make vengeful people happy and pleased because they know someone they dispise is dead.

6 RepliesIf you feel so strongly about it why don't you go down there and murder him, Mr. Ruby.
-
11 RepliesI agree. But apparently what happened was that one juror was completely against the death penalty and would not give in. So, it was an 11-1 pro death penalty, but it must be unanimous (or some shit like that).

Justice system is jacked up.

Killing people for killing people because killing people is wrong, right?

6 RepliesHe pulled that shit in Cali he would have gotten it. Same with Texas, they also or death sentence. Where was the shooting by the way?
-
The prosecution spent $5 million and three years to get the same result it could have gotten had it accepted the defense's offer of a guilty plea. Had the jury imposed a death sentence, the state would have spent considerably more to execute Holmes than it would to keep him locked up for the rest of his life. Not the best or brightest use of public funds, if you ask me. What's more, the state simply shouldn't be in the business of offing its own citizens, especially the crazy ones. But hey, if none of that resonates, look at it this way: killin' is too good for him.

252 RepliesJames Holmes shouldn't have been able to purchase his firearms! But he did! Because America is retarded with gun laws! Their blood is on your hands retarded Americans!

1 ReplyIt ends up costing more in legal fees to execute people, because they can Appeal there sentence.
-
3 RepliesHe should get life in prison that way he can sit there and think about what he did
-
I agree completely. I wish that piece of shit would've, but there were some people on that jury who were too big of pussies to agree to the death penalty
-
Were I to judge by the way to you talk, i'd be glad you don't work in law enforcement.

6 RepliesEdited by Magiktako: 8/11/2015 2:22:06 AMDeath is overrated. Honestly, if you want one to suffer, you bring in full torture. Make them feel, know, breathe, eat, and live pain, but not enough to kill them. Sure, it may be inhumane, but so is killing a bunch of people in a movie theatre. Not that we should stoop so low; I just think about ways to make living organisms suffer often.
-
18 RepliesKilling him would let him off easy. If he gets a life sentence, he has to suffer for the rest of his life.
