Edit: This is not an argument about age, but about maturity and approach to gaming. If you don't like the idea of weapons being replaced quit now and don't buy TTK. It will just happen again next year. Genuinely interested to know if all the complaining is coming from a particular part of the community. I would have thought the more mature gamers would care less about the loss of year one gear and welcome the changes, where as less mature (NOT IMMATURE) gamers feel otherwise. Edit: It seems most people are welcoming of the changes. It also seems to come down to how much you've played the game. I totally get if you've put 1500-2000 hours in and relentless grinded to get that elusive gun, but no one forced you to do it. You are an architect of your own downfall and if the changes aren't to your liking then just stop now and shelve Destiny, because it will happen again next year.
