3rd R2 Trigger is on its way out already..bought this controller not even 2 months ago! will be going back to Walmart to replace it with a new one... FOR FREE...the cycle never ends...lol...this gen sucks!
how many controllers/triggers have you gone through?
i never had the analog sticks wearing off, but i've replaced the r2 trigger twice on my first controller that came with the destiny bundle...but now its suffering from the pressure sensitive problem, can't even do burn outs in GTA V.. sigh
What problems do XBONE users have?

Still have my year one Controller, no issues. Played Ghosts and DESTINY from Day 1. Added Control FreeKs though.
-
I went through 2 ps4 controllers both of them the d pad stopped working and one of them the square. It's funny because PS3 controllers lasted me 4 years and still had no issues.
-
Worn out a set of analogue sticks. Got new ones from ebay though.
-
The cheap ass 20 mics. I'm just going to save up for the decent 40 one.
-
I've worn through a couple of analogue sticks. Thats annoying and had a sticky R1 button on my original controller too. DS4 is my favourite controller but it's a bit shoddy really. No problems with my Xbox Box One controller as yet. The build quality is superior even if the design is not.

R2 sensitivity is starting to go. Noticed I can't quite hit top speed with the bat mobile it's very annoying. Took since before destiny came out though. Learn not to jam on it. I taught myself that long ago destiny doesn't use the pressure sensitivity so you don't need hit the trigger hard

3 replaced for R2 breaking

2 RepliesEdited by UnwanteDreamz: 8/5/2015 2:18:01 PMI lost an R2 trigger from my first DS4. I dropped it several times and it broke the plastic mold that holds them in place. Do you have the dropsies?

3 RepliesATTENTION: YOU CAN BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS ONLINE!! Ive replaced my R2 trigger on 2 of my controllers. Its like 10 bucks online for enough extra triggers to last you a long ass time. Im someone who never takes shit apart and i found it easy as hell
-
I still have my 1st one but they are some cheap flimsy shit.
-
Never had an issue with my controller, calm I guess?
-
I'm still on my first after a year... Squeezing too hard?
-
I've recently had some trouble with my L1 button on the ps4
-
Yet to break it or need to fix a controller since ps3 came
-
What are you doing to that trigger?? Ive never had any problems with the ps4 controller besides me breaking them by raging.
-
Really? My favorite controller by a landslide. It is not even close. The xbone feels like horrible quality, especially the joysticks.
-
My xbox one controller is the one I've had since I got my xbox and it still works great
-
360 controller is 7 yrs old and still works fine

1 ReplyEdited by Primus71: 8/5/2015 2:05:44 PMI go through a controller about every two months. The L3 button gives out and I can't sprint. Since I bought my PS4, I've owned all of the standard colors and I'm on my second cycle through them. To be honest, I have a bad problem with "White Knuckling" the controller. Definitely not as durable as the PS3 controllers, but WAY more comfortable.

Never gone through one yet and mine are used constantly for about 8 hours minium a day. Only controller that died on me was my ps3 because I stood on it and soon dismantled it and repaired it. The only danger I have is the thumb sticks wearing through and constant movement against the edge of the circle cuts into the stick over time.
-
Still have 2 launch controllers working fine.
-
I swapped r1&l1 with r2&l2 and never had a problem you must have fat heavy sweaty fingers Xbox controllers are just shit like the Xbox
-
I have had mine for almost a year and no issues, I do on occasion have to open it out and clean it tho.

1 ReplyWhat do you people do to break your controllers ??? I just don't understand. I have 3 ( black, anniversary grey, red) and neither have ever given me problems
