If you're gonna ban - Have the decency to ban those that deserve it
Now, not only did I have to buy a new Xbox to play Trials because Bungie wouldn't assist me in trying to fix their issue... I'm now banned. Here's the proof I reported this WAY prior. - https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/129053283/0/0/1
As you can clearly see. I had technical issues with my xbox, and destiny ONLY in Trials. It was a mystery, and Bungie did nothing to help me out. This is documented proof. And it's a horrible user experience. Thanks Bungie.
Update:
-first, I heard ToO and IB didn't improve yesterday after all the bans. Great job Bungie.
- second, I don't want the bans to stop. I want an appeals process. That's it.

Hello-
Here's the issue: I cannot play more than one game of Trials or Elimination. My Xbox locks up and I hear the guide noise as if it's trying to provide me with the error, but I don't see it. It literally locks up my entire xbox. I have to power down and power back up to get functionality back to my Xbox. When I'm playing Trials, regardless if i have bought the perk to forgive the first loss, when this happens I automatically get a loss? That shouldn't happen.
Details: It is this gametype ONLY. I can't stress this enough I literally have no network issues or game issues anywhere else in this game (crucibal, POE, missions are all perfect)
Troubleshooting:
- Ran network tests; ping is fantastic; 75 MBps Down and 10 MBps Up; Never, ever lag.
- Deleted and redownloaded the Expansion II
- Deleted and redownloaded the game
- Cleared System Cache

Sadly I just spent another 4 hours deleting everything but my save game (put it on flash); everything off of my HD; reformatting and redownloading the entire game and all of the patches/updates again and literally played only one round of one game. #sosad

Some additional information - not sure if it can help
- All of the other players are stuck in that game until I leave
- I notice that it happens most often when someone is being revived after the round has technically ended or using their super
- It aways happens at the very end of the round right before scores are posted
- My network level is always green until this happens. then instantaneously it's red and my xbox locks up (that's when i hear the guide sound but don't see anything)
- I have no issues with any other multiplayer games on Xbox Live

5 RepliesSorry bro, but if you knew you were having issues playing trials, you should have stayed out. I know it sucks, but if your issues are adversely effecting other players, then you should not be able to play.

3 RepliesIf it's not permanent, the bright side is you will probably be back before the taken king(if your buying it) and it will feel fresh, in the short term I recommend the arkham knight, it's great game and will eat up many days

Bump. Sorry for all the harassment from others, I'm gonna believe you on this one. (If proven wrong however enjoy the ban.) Considering Bungievisions track record, I wouldn't be surprised if a few people were mistakenly banned due to having announced they were dealing with this in a short time span.

Once in crota and i took a picture and put it as my background on my Destiny profile because, it froze while the thralls were attacking me. The other time it froze i was jusy doing normal patrols and it blacked out.
