Why am I banned off Destiny Crucible?
I Can no longer access Crucible why? I want a detailed letter stating this decision. I am a try hard player I don't cheat. I earned all my Trials gear fair and square. I just payed $25 for xbox live gold just to play Destiny and all of it features. I would like to talk to someone about this matter. It's not fair that I am wrongfully being accused. And not being able to have the full Destiny experience that I payed for. Please have management get back to me. Because I am a very unhappy customer.

So there are Account Restrictions and Bans in Destiny - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them. All the details you need can be found at their official policy here. If its a temporary restriction and You have been unjustly banned then I feel for You but it will be over soon enough. Unfortunately for You Bungie's ban and restriction policy is pretty cut and dry , and whilst I am sure that its possible for mistakes to be made I am equally sure that most of the people protesting their innocence on these forums are guilty of cheating in some way or another. I don't know which category You fall into but the mods have replied and given You the bottom line. At the end of the day imagine Yourself as a paying customer in a nightclub , sure You've paid to get in but if the management thinks you're ruining the experience for the other customers they reserve the right to turf you out. Nobody cares what you have to say, you violated the terms of service and were punished for it. Rules state that your punishment will not be discussed or revoked until the time has elapsed
