Snipers vs. Shotguns
And tell me which shotgun or sniper you prefer to use

I have a Prudence II, Efrideets Spear and Chosen that i rotate between. I use Found Verdict, or my field scout Felwinters.

I suck with snipers in PvP but I use them all the time in PvE. My favourite shotgun is the Judgement on my Warlock. Perfect roll.

I use both. There are games where being in the fight is just not worth it, and there are others where the shotgun comes in handy. I like to snipe on game modes where I know I'm not just running around, trying to get kills. For something like clash or control, I like to use shotguns.

Shotgun for both but I rarely use one in pvp. I recently picked up Invective again for the Pilgrim grind. Pretty fun.

I WAS predominantly using my shotgun in PvP, but I have recently had a change of heart. I always liked the concept of sniping, but wasn't any good at it. So, one week, I decided that I was going to force myself to "git gud" with snipers. I only ran NLB and Shadow of Veils. It paid off. I am still by no means the best sniper, but I can at least compete with them now.

I use snipers over shotguns because I suck with them. Not even lying, the little talent needed, I don't possess.

Usually run about 50/50 snipe/shotty but ever since I got my 20/20 AMR7 sniper I hardly use shotty except for maps like anomaly with no decent length corridors

Depends on the map, but I usually use a sniper (unless I'm doing the Universal Remote combo, then both). For snipers I use Shadow of Veils or Her Benevolence usually, but sometimes I use others like IB. For shotguns (minus UR), it's Matador, Matador, Matador. I've tried others, and they suck in comparison. The other would be Felwinter's Sniper, but I don't have one of them.

I use snipers on maps that favor snipers. I use shotguns on maps that favor shotguns. There are more of the latter, so I use shotguns more. Felwinters on 2 characters, Matador on the other. All three have perfect rolls. As far as snipers go, all three have perfect-roll Her Benevolences. I'll use a Final Round Efrideet's during ToO if the other team has one, otherwise I stick with the HB.
