I've never gotten harassed, but I've been ask if I was a squeaker once or twice XD

What is the cut off age for a squeaker? Or does it depend on voice depth?

I don't care: What your race is. What gender you are. How old you are. What your orientation is. Whatever else you have going on. If you're honest about your skill level and are pretty laid back*, you've got a spot on my fireteam. If you suck, I'll carry you as far as I can. Just not in Trials, I can barely lift myself in there. *Now, I don't mean you never yell/curse/rage/whatever. But if you do it constantly or jump down people's throats every time they make a mistake, that's not cool.

My main problem with playing with "squeakers" is that they're usually very inconsiderate. And I'm saying that nicely. Just this week, I got asked by some kid to help finish the HOW story missions. He was a high enough level that he could have finished them on his own, but it became clear he wanted me to do the missions while he just ran behind me. Then he invited a friend to the Xbox live party and sat in the back of the room talking about school while I shot things. Halfway through the second mission I dipped out. Then I got asked to do a Vault run yesterday. Mostly older kids, but one definite squeaker. We were all asked upfront if we could do the whole thing. He talked through the entire first two sections, talking over our "leader," babbling on about what he liked about his new Ice Breaker. He was terrible at the game despite having a level 32. And then halfway through the second section he told everyone he had to go to his friend's birthday party, and quit. Someone else got mad and quit, Vault run fell apart after just over an hour. This is a pretty consistent experience when I play with young kids.

[b][u]Girl Gamers?[/u][/b] Totally fine with so long as they don't play on the fact that they are female. Don't act like a whore and flirt with every guy in the party and don't act like you have no idea what you are doing. You have a 34 *Insert Class* you know what you are doing so don't play into sterotypes please. You don't get to be treated any better or worse just because you are a girl. You shouldn't expect any favors and you sure as hell shouldn't expect to be carried. If you are bad then someone shouldn't be obliged to carry you just because you are a girl. I will never tell a girl to get back in the kitchen (because I am an adult and its 2015) I will never hit on a girl (Because its a video game, I know nothing about her, she is most likely a million miles away and most importantly I am not that thirsty or pathetic.) I will not think worse of myself just because I did worse than a girl. The moment the "Your mom" comments start or when the "Scrublord, Git Good, Qweer, etc etc" starts then you will be muted. And don't act like I am obliged to listen to you act like a moron. If you wanna chat in a reasonable manner and converse then taht is cool with me. But I am not obligated to listen to you scream at EVERY SINGLE -blam!-ING that shoots you dead. I will never Exclude a Young player (because I am not quite that big of a dick and often times they are actually pretty good if I am to be honest) I will never harass someone because they are young for example cuss and yell at them for the fun of it or talk to them about sex (Because I am not a -blam!-ing piece of shit moron and I have a shred of maturity myself to know better)

Funny story was at skolas for 3hrs with two Americans who thought they were the shit they left got two English kids join me and we did it on the second attempt lol kids have got mad skills

I'm not against playing with squeakers, however the ones who won't shut up for 2 seconds and you have a raid party with 5 of them trying to out shout each other and thinking they're all hardcore because they swear every 3rd word is beyond ridiculous. Never had an issue with girl gamers at all until it comes to a lobby where they're just pandering with the children for attention, that gets a bit ridiculous as well. And race...who really gives a shit as long as they're chill and can have fun?!?!

If people don't want to play with young children ie. Squeakers, then that's up to them. I personally hate playing with kids. They annoy the he'll out of me

In the REAL WORLD this has been common place since man stood up right and developed speech. Lines get drawn in the sand, because that's human nature. Nothing will ever change that.

I can play with anyone to a point. I can stand kids if they act like they have some brains, make jokes and have fun but don't sound like a jet engine is next to your mic. Girls are cool but the ones that must distract everyone are really annoying. Also you don't need to join the party and the first thing you say is "Hey im a girl" I don't join a party and say "Hey i got a penis" everyone is human so don't make a big deal that you got some different parts.

I can handle the calm squeakers that don't eat their mic and The only girls that have consoles just want attention from other guys because they don't get any at home and the Virgins ride the females the most...
