WHAT?? Remove Blink from the GAME??? Another nerf
So amidst all the weapon chaos... I stumbled across something I haven't seen anyone talking about on the forums. And if it has been discussed or pointed out already... sorry.

When I read this... that REALLY, I MEAN... REALLY solidified the end of this game for me. The last patch notes did it... but this just puts the final nail on the coffin.
What this shows me... is Bungie can't leave their hands off this game... and the things that make it fun and different. They cater to the WHINERS WAYYYYYY too much. I'm sorry, but this quote proves they will continue to destroy this game piece by piece until all the little kids are happy. Who knows, maybe this is the market they want to cater to. it's a mistake. EVERY game that ever caters to children (after being released for mature players) ends up dying.
And before you say git gud scrub: I have a titan and 2 hunter classes. and am mostly a golden gun user... I do like blink when I use it yes... but my complaint has NOTHING to do with taking away a perk I use to help me win.
EDIT: Anyone who is saying "he doesn't want to remove blink"... You are missing the point. The fact that it's coming across his desk means IT"S A POSSIBILITY. And then combine that with the fact they are still going to nerf it in some way... and they just can't stop F'ing with this game in areas that don't need messing with. And guess what?? if he can't find a way to nerf it... he may not want to remove it... but he may just have to.

You are telling bungie....BUNGIE to leave their hands of the game THEY designed and made....that is one of the most idiotic things ive ever heard on these forums...they made the game and if they decide tomorrow that we are all running around in fluffly pink bunny outfits then they have every right to do so being that THEY made the game not us.

Mmmmmmmk. So he's saying they're not removing Blink... But you post a forum that they're removing it.... Please tell me your logic here. If you're complaining that Bungie is nerfing blink... it needs a nerf, in PvP only.

I have always wanted the ablility to teleport in a game. Removing blink would be very sad

The only problem is blink shotgun but other than that it's fine

Blink has disadvantages as well. It breaks reload animations, invisibility etc. The real problem with blink is the new range on shotguns. There was no such thing as a blink-shorty meta before. I never, NEVER, got killed by a shotgun because of anything than some dude sliding right up to me and blowing me away. It was always my own fault and it was a risky strategy for the shotgun user too unless coming from around a corner. I still don't get killed a lot by blink/shorty but a lot more often by shotguns at a ridiculous range. I remember the first time I was oneshot from 10 feet away by a felwinters and just went whaaaaaa?! Still surprises me at the range they're lethal in some cases. Whatever. 2.0 is coming y'all. Blink is staying in.

Do you know how much worse this game would be if bungie "left their hands off this game" I would guarantee that nobody would play this game anymore. Because for them to "leave their hands off the game" that would mean not only could they not support the game but no dlc, no new content, just the same old stuff. It's all or nothing, you can't tell bungie what they can do and can't do, in the end, its still their game

Something different and cool, and if you see someone who Blinks... there are tactics you can use against it. it's not OP by any means.... Man... I'm really beginning to hate the crew running and ruining this game).

That would suck. You need a bit of skill to be Good with blink and master it. Why change that?

I think blink would be better off as more of a lateral movement than a longitudinal one. But that's just my opinion as someone who mained blink voidwalker for a long time.
