One night I remember : I was in my bed semi awake and was about to fall asleep when I felt like some kind of movement (like a cat when they jump on a bed and gets closer to you) soo I tougth for an instant that it must have been a cat.. It was crawling slowly closer to my face when I realised... I didn't have a cat.. As I tried to get up to turn myself I was paralised.. My head facing the wall (I was laying on my chest) I start hearing disturbing breathing in my hear.. I closed my eye as I was scared shitless.. when I opened my eye... A strange skeletic figure with white hair and coaly dirty skin.. His eye where filled with void and hate.. He was bending over me staring at me for 3 minute then left..
Trust me.. I didn't go to sleep after.. Then each night he'd comme and terrify me.
Shit like that where strong enough to convert me to Christianity and leave all the occult I was doing.
Yep spooky shit.

I'm glad I've never had sleep paralysis nightmares
-
Well now you know how to stop them :) they're actually really interesting if you're prepared. I enjoy nightmares, they're like 4d horror movies
-
I'm trying to have lucid dreams and I feel like I'll have a lucid nightmare at one point. I'm not sure whether to be scared or excited
-
Just be prepared for it. The point of lucid dreaming is remembering that you're asleep. As long as you remember that, you can treat it like a horror video game. It's all about mentality.

Sleep paralysis. Perfectly normal. If it happens again, wiggle your toes and fingers until you "wake up" the rest of your body. Should go away.
-
That works for me.

Yhea well umh.. It might have not only be sleep paralisis.. All I can say is that I had fallen angel involved.
