Incorrect. Many guns needed balancing. The only things in their that didn't make sense was Ice breaker and black hammer. Everything else was fine.

Have you thought about paying attention to how Bungie addresses weapon balance? "They are crying about the Suros? Well shit lets nerf all Auto Rifles!" Im guessing you don't have a Messenger, Red Death, Hopscotch, Mida or any of the other guns that can and do counter Thorn on a daily basis? Or else you are just garbage with them? Learn to adapt and quit asking Bungie to do the adapting for you!

I have literally all those guns and its rather universal that thorn is op and has the highest kill time in the game from a pvp stand point. You should stop whoring off of one weapon and adapt to the update
