Final Round Sniping is Cheating
Technically, it's no longer a part of the game. Bungie took it out, in order to "stop" final round users. It's no longer a part of the game. It's their, but it shouldn't be. It's now cheating since Bungie had technically taken it out.
I will report any Final Round sniper users in Trials.

I don't intentionally use it, but if I have one bullet in the clip left, you bet your ass I'll use it. But for a saving grace, I have it on my ldr and use field scout with it so I have to shoot out 5 bullets to get to it
