Final Round Sniping is Cheating
Technically, it's no longer a part of the game. Bungie took it out, in order to "stop" final round users. It's no longer a part of the game. It's their, but it shouldn't be. It's now cheating since Bungie had technically taken it out.
I will report any Final Round sniper users in Trials.

If it's part of the game it's part of the game...aka not cheating. If bungie wanted Final Round out of the game they'd take it completely out and replace it with something else. They didn't. Accept the fact that you get beat fair and square rather than being a poor sport.

They removed that perk from pulse rifles. Using scout rifles with field scout is cheating too, using your logic. Someone is just hurt that they've gotten final rounded too much, chill.

It is part of the game. If they wanted to actually take it out then they'd literally remove it. It's by cheating if you didn't have to do anything wrong to get it
