I thought the Queen's brother was not even an enemy at all, he's the one that tells you that the traveler is evil.

Again, the original storyline was "leaked" by an anonymous redditor who we have no way of proving actually worked at Bungie. And there was another totally separate leak that contradicted the other one. One or both could be fake. We don't know. It was on reddit, it was anonymous, it means little.
