corner camping, ... not a problem... spawn camping?... well I would suggest they not do that, but not nessesarily forbid it...
Generally do not be an A-Hole in anyway other than your nasty gameplay skills... do not bring it outside of the game (IMO mics fall into the category of outside the game, even if they are part of it to some extent)

spawn camp/kill is a game design problem, for destiny, I see it as a designers issue, not so much player... I spawn kill often cause someone usually spawns right infront of me, whether i am running by, or just spawned myself... (ok it not an overly common occurrence once or twice a game usually, one of last I played was more like 5 times, I was a lil confused as to why they were spawning wherever I was)

I think there is difference between spawn killing and spawn camping. Spawn killing will happen, it sucks but I do it to, if I turn the corner and you happy to spawn there, boom you're dead, sorry. If you're sitting with a sniper rifle across the map staring and spawn points that's just shitty gameplay and I hope your console spontaneously combusts.
