No, and here's the reasoning behind this. The boss is literally a "job for everyone" sort of boss; 1 on boss, 1 on adds, and 1 on bubbles. And my other reason are the bubbles themselves, seriously what the actual -blam!- is the point of making them being able to be taken out WITHOUT the buff. Just an opinion of a former PvE fan.

You're just terrible at the game. It was doable before the nerf, and is easy now.

Hide in the back left, shottys all around until you break bubbles, the hobgoblins will come up almost one at a time.

It's so easy. Just say on the right and kill all the adds before attacking qodron so that you don't get swamped.

Beat it without a mic. It's easy. Just camp and stay together. You can bust out of you all shotgun together.

All it takes it good communication and add control.
