The bubble "strategy" in Iron Banner
The cheapest strategy in the game, I would never do that kind of strategy. It shows weakness that a team is afraid to fight head on and sit comfy in Titan bubbles like softies. Yes it's a legitimate strategy, no I'm not calling for a "nerf" but damn I just had to leave my last IB game due to getting killed by golden guns thanks to Titan orbs and I made sure I T bagged every person I killed.
Titan with crest of alpha lupi=3 orbs+more orbs for Hunter=golden gun for days lol

I already know what kills them with supers in a bubble lmao I don't think I've made it clear that I spawned into a losing game with randoms on my sunsinger warlock. Void walker isn't fully upgraded because this warlock has been made recently and at times I forget to switch subclasses as I turn in bounties

4 RepliesThe ones that bitch are the ones that probably run in and expect to kill everyone inside. EVERY class has a way to eliminate the shield its not rocket science. How about targeting the Titan who spawned it ? Once he/she is dead it's gone . And yes I do use it it's not op it's well balanced

Personally I love when people run that strategy against my teams, there are several ways to counter it effectively and it makes for an easy win.

This would cut down on the 'orb farming' strategy and force active engagement And for a good player there's the potential reward of even more orbs possible than just the 2

This was my first iron banner and it was the first time I came across a team doing it, don't really care for it felt very cheap to be killed by a super over and over

Titan bubble use to be stronger. It's useless now because of shot package on the shotguns. Everyone has shot package.

12 RepliesIron Banner, like most competitive PvP game modes, is meant to be played with a team, fireteam matchmaking was only added so that piss ant players wouldnt complain/ So you tell me, who is really in the wrong, the person who isnt a team player, or the person complaining about a team that uses real team work?

Dude ran into a team running this on blind watch on Thursday with my striker Titan. Three bubbles capping B. Obviously they weren't paying to well attention nailed them with a death from above FoH. Instant gratification.

Edited by LordStilton07: 7/4/2015 8:57:36 PMI can smell the wrapping paper. Also the cheapest tactic is 6 people spawning in and shooting 2 bullets from Efrideets spear into the air. Also they can only bubble one zone at a time. Keep the other 2 and hit anyone that steps out with an LDR to the face

11 RepliesDoesn't work. My crew surrounds them with icebreaker, I nova bomb them and any survivors are broken! They never repeat it when they see me coming... Everyone knows the bubble is Golden Gun fodder and a total disaster for nova bombs. If you don't, really sharp lesson learned quickly. Fact is, a pissed off Blade Dancer is the only thing I avoid like a plague! Titans, I don't even check their settings, don't care. Hunters, I scan them like a nightmare waiting for me to sleep!
