Yo dude fine I agree thorn is better on different things, but is thorn better on pvp or pve? What is vex better on?

Vex is decent in PvP, if Thorn was nerfed it would rekt in PvP, but right now Red Death is the best counter to it. I'm pretty sure (I don't have the Vex but) it is really good in PvE because it's like a SR.
