Top idea.. liked it though without a doubt nothing will come of it.. IF Only someone on Bungies dev team woulda had such insight, still i guess never say never?.. while it still matters that is.

I can't honestly believe that they are going to render obsolete an entire year's worth of player's stored gear. Especially after just having introduced Etheric Light.
