$20 is good here's why

Look at it this way instead. So $20 for 9 items costs as much as a regular expansion but this isn't an expansion it's a microtransaction pack. Each of the 9 items is $2.22 and chances are you'd buy them all if given the opportunity so all those added is $20. Sound good now? $2.22 per item not cheap enough for you guys?

  • Did you watch Datto's video? Did you just copy his opinion? Of course you did. How do I know? Because anyone with even a modicum of sense would realise that Bungie don't give a f**k about their customer's satisfaction. They could have so easily just give us these items for free. But they couldn't, could they. They don't give a rat's ass about how I feel or you feel, because that isn't a form of money. They are dishonest, manipulative scumbags and they can shove their whole f***ing game up their @sses

  • $2,22 sound like the rate you mom goes for a night Fuk you! Stop defending them, they say they listen to the community so let them start showing it They split the game into dlc so they can make more money and now they want to sell us stuff at a dlc price and a dlc at a full game price...what kind of stupid are you? Luke was referring to guys like you that would just mindlessly throw money at shit Dont get me wrong $20 is not alot any fool can afford it but mindless idiots will buy stuff that other devs will include in their pricetag Best part is you know that and the only reason why you post this is so that you can get that few people to agree with you so you don't feel like an idiot when burning $20
Sound good now?
Nope! After that muppet said we'd "throw money at the screen" after seeing the emotes, Bungie would have to pay me to download them.

      • Just compare for yourself, how much content House of Wolves had for $20.00. Now... Compare it to 9 cosmetic items. Worth $20.00. I'm not feeling the math here

Yeah, not really. $2.22 per item is still massively overpriced. For $2.22 that's usually a PACK of items, not one item. $20 is by no means a bargain.

Or how bout this. 2 strikes, raid, a bunch of weapons and armor, 3 story missions and 3 pvp maps for $20. So please tell me why $20 for 9 pieces of content is good again?

        • That price is hogwash. For $80 you get EVERYTHING, for $60 you all game content, for $40 you get TTK (The Taken King), for $20 you the bonuses. Am I just not seeing the math here? If $80 nets you everything and TTK is $40 of that and $20 is the bonuses then the original destiny, TDB, and HoW are together another $20. BUT if you bought the game when it came out and ya know kept bungie in business it costed well over that. I understand that prices diminish over time but I don't think this is quite that. Work break over Summary $20 is too much

        • The items were packaged in CE so that the community would be pissed and demand a recourse, bungie knew this from the begining and knew how we would react, that's why they put it in the CE, so they could turn around and look like the good guys when they sold the extra content! If they would had made it available for purchase from the start, there would have been blowback. Bungie just played the shit out of the community and you dumb shits don't even see it. I'm starting to believe like smith and his notions about our community being full of idiots!

        • No because how is it remotely sensible to charge $20 respectively for the last two DLC which sorely lacked content, then turn and charge the same price for frills? I wasn't planning on getting the collectors edition but even so this doesn't make any business or practical sense. Are they admitting the TDB and HOW we're so weak and lacking that their value equates to shaders, class items and emotes?! This is a new special type of stupid.
