Trust me on this! First ill say I have the bow and lord of wolves, idk about dregs promise but everyone I've known that has it says its trash so don't worry about that choice. Now, out of the bow and lord of wolves, GO WITH THE BOW! The Lord of wolves is like a bad shotgun that underperforms! Ill tell you the good and bad about each so you can get a feel: Lord of wolves: negative- -pretty much a shotgun that spreads damage over bursts which not good compared to a shorty -if you don't kill in the first burst your pretty much dead considering the time it takes to fire the next burst -really underwhelming considering what a shotty like matador and felwinters can do Lord of wolves: positive- -does have a decent TTK (but so do all shotguns). -can hold a lot of ammo (picking up occasional crates you will never run out pretty much) -has a slightly further range than a shotty but doesn't perform that we'll at all from the range. Now lets talk about the bow! Queenbreakers bow: negative- -has a charge time so a player occasionally has time to suck behind cover -does not excel at really long ranges like skyshock but still performs decent with the longer range sights -cannot one shot sunsingers and over shielded players like high impact sniper Queenbreakers bow: positive- -Can hold up to 88 rounds (so you can use the gun like a primary which isn't a bad idea at all) -still a one shot head shot like all snipers -has hip fire perk so even in tight spaces you can still get kills fairly easily -has high aim assist so head shots are a breeze -charge time actually has its benefits because it gives you time to track the targets head while it is charging -can hit two body shots pretty quick even with charging enemies -lastly, performs very beastly in pretty much any map and scenario Hope this helps.
