Join me and many players in the boycott of 7/7
We are the players who have been through so many things in destiny, I wasted many hours and lots of money.
I know how others feel, and to have to rebuy things you already own, it's just bullshit.
Join the boycott on July 7, just don't log on into destiny, don't do anything with it, and this will show bungie that we, players, are the one who made their game good, and gave them something.
Please bump this if you're with me

I'm happy with bungie. And the exclusive emotes? Wtf ever. Exclusive exotics? I don't need them to level faster when in already capped. The red bull thing?! I like rockstar better but I can squeeze in a red bull here and there. Good lord! More shaders?! Idk wtf I'm going to do this week when I buy all the various shaders in the reef. Put them in my overflowing vault because I haven't decided it wise to get rid of old crap? So I will log on that day because you don't want me to because you're too stupid to even relay a valid point of why. But I'm going to guess its a money thing and you not wanting to pay. Sorry bud, but welcome to the new way of games. Ps every big game is doing the pay for bonus special snowflake feel.

7 RepliesNot playing the game for 1 day isn't going to matter much. Not paying for The Taken King sends a stronger message. Bungivision doesn't gain or lose money based on how many people login during 1 day. But they DO have their bank accounts affected by our purchase choices. You want an effective boycott, you have to hit them where it hurts and their bank account is the only place that hurts.

3 RepliesIt's very obviously the players who made this game great. Not the artists who spent countless hours designing levels and character models. Not the writers who came up with interesting lore in the grimoire. Not the coders who implemented the vision of the developers. Not the testers who bang against the game to remove all the bugs we never saw. Not the dedicated people who run LFG sites or develop item switching apps. No, it is very obviously the average gamer who makes the game great. Those thorn-wielding scrublords with an over developed sense of entitlement are the ones I thank every day for this game. Those gjallarhorn carrying elitists who belittle those who are less lucky are the beneficiaries of my praise. For them, I will do anything. Even abstain from playing the mighty Destiny for a single day.
