Eso, Somebody help meeee!!!
I have been playing since last Saturday (a week) at lvl 12 so far & I have hit a major problem!! It's sooo boring!!
I want to like the game, I have tried to like it.... I just don't know how!!
I enjoyed skyrim & have enjoyed MMOs in the past but I'm finding if hard to keep going?? So far all I'm feeling is: ride across map, collect/attack the target, come back... There don't seem to be any decisions to be made, the npcs chat on but the dialogue seems pointless... Attack or collect at the end of it!
Tell me what I'm missing, how do I enjoy this game??
Batman is out on Tuesday, if It don't pick up abit b4 then I'm afraid ESO will be relegated to the shelf!!!
Edit: taken a few suggestions & I'm sorry for using the word boring!
Got up to lvl 15, branched out on my game play & explored a little more of the map! Must admit I had to force myself to turn the game off at 3am (only because I have a busy day 2moro lol)
Think im going to have to find time for both ESO & Batman... I don't really need sleep do I?? Einstein didn't sleep & look at what he accomplished! :)

1 ReplyWait till you unlock Dungeons and shit. I find those pretty fun. Also, you should pay attention to guild quests and main story. It's pretty good.

9 Repliesive spent a day on it and decided im going to exchange it tomorow ive been playing elder scrolls games since morrowind on pc but ESO is just garbage - the visuals and framerates are pathetic (skyrim on lastgen shits on this) and its crashed twice the animations and fighting is clunky and boring and while the story is obviously meatier than destiny - the missions are as boring as -blam!- its full of bugs too - several times i went to go meet a specific NPC but found them dead instead lying on the floor or completely invisible with the marker above their head its basically a stripped down version of skyrim with unexplicably poor graphics and lacks the enjoyment of previous games so anyway yeh lol back to destiny until batman

Always helps if you have friends to play with, especially the pvp. Really good game, especially in the facts of actually having to put in effort to level.

Hint: mmos are a big time investment, if you arent gonna put enough time in to make an informed judgment then you should stop playing mmos as they aren't the genre for you. I think theres a "wonderful" shooter a few sub sections up that sounds right up your street

10 RepliesThe players are usually doing some weird shit in town like naked dance offs or racing through town on their mounts, normal MMO stuff. Take a load off and mess around with the emotes in one of the main cities, you'd be surprised by can amuse you. After you get bored of that, grab a few of those people you met and run a dungeon (Not the public kind).

8 RepliesTry some of the early dungeons. You can queue up for them from the social menu. I suggest both. Actually leveling is a bit boring, but the pvp and dungeons ease that some.

2 RepliesBe careful on those quests you can screw up an entire town based of your decisions lol and if you wanna have fun try making friends and run one of the many many raids or go farming mobs I did this the other nite and had a blast 4 hours blew by before I knew it 😀
