It already exists. It's called vacuum.

"Fake-out"- All rounds fired from this weapon overpenetrate their first target. Rounds only do damage to secondary targets. "Chameleon" - Weapon adopts the appearance and firing sound of other weapons with every reload, but retains its initial stats and behavior. "RNG Rounds" - Rounds fired from this weapon deal random damage. (most will do less damage than they would have if this perk was not present - this information is not part of the description but will be discovered by players through testing)

Idk if people already did these... ° Return to Sender: Shots missed damage player. ° The Cullen's: Weapon shines like glitter in the sunlight, blinding you if aim down the sights. ° Left Foot One Stomp: When you shoot and your left foot was the last to touch the floor. Damage is reduced and bullets curve. 40% shots fired will miss. ° Right Foot One Stomp: When you shoot and your right foot was the last to touch ground, fires Blanks. ° Criss Angel: After reloading, 50% chance one shot empties whole magazine. I don't know what else man.

My RNG Luck - When decrypting any rarity engram, have 95% chance of getting the Khovstov.

Out of ammo: If you fire the full mag, you can't reload it.
