Denied loot drop and treasure chest after completing 35 POE
I was protecting my fireteam from enemies as they took down the last of Skolas' health and I died about a second before he was killed.
My fireteam all ran to the door and only realised I was dead when they got to it, so one of my friends ran as quick as he could to my ghost to revive me and then Variks summoned all guardians to the airlock, leaving me stranded in the prison unable to be revived...
We all hoped I would be automatically recalled to the airlock as the treasure room opened but nope, I stayed dead.
As a last resort we tried seeing if I could rejoin from orbit, but of course I was locked out.
We just spent almost an hour and a half completing the 35 prison and then I was completely denied any sort of loot reward, I got nothing.
This seriously needs to be fixed...seriously wtf? I was so mad.
PLEASE Bungie, automatically revive all guardians that are killed when Skolas is dead, to avoid things like this from happening.

Dont leave!!!! When ur friends open the chests you get the weekly rewards. Etheric and cores.

Same happened to me. No rewards using the key. Complete bull.

It's absolute dog shit that this can happen, especially when you're trying to get the queen's cypher with keys that required 2 hours grinding chests to get a single one.

12 RepliesThe fact that u can die from the fall to the treasure room is ridiculous, I missed out on 35 loot also be I was last one down the hole and died and the game timer ran out before I could revive. At least make it a instant revive if u die from that fall

If you would have stayed in the match, you still would have gotten the weapon core, armor core, and etheric light, even if you are dead, upon your teammates opening the smallest chests. You would not however, get to open the big chest. Have you already gotten queens web and the ship, I don't think there is a reason to open it again unless you like the queens weapons, or if you need a specific exotic.

I first ran the 32,34,and 35 with my Titan last week and received a cypher. Switched to my hunter and played the 34. I never received any rewards for it. (Estheric light and weapon core didn't drop). The fact that I made it down to the treasure room just fine and wasn't rewarded has been a huge turn-off to playing Poe anymore. I finished my cypher bounties and haven't touched it since.

I had this happen to me once in level 34. You should automatically be re-spawned to airlock even if you die once the final boss has been eliminated. Bungie needs to fix this.
