It's two days after reset and there's nothing to do... this DLC died more quickly than Crota's End did. :-(
Edit: For those saying I have no life let's break down the available activities and their value to a day one player.
Nightfall - for what reason? To play the same strike for the 500th time? I have etheric light out the bum, every exotic available in the game (except the three from PoE due to Bungie's incompetent programmers), and essentially everything is maxed out so the XP buff is pointless.
Weekly - Ohh, 9 strange coins. Let me add that to my stacks of 150+
PoE - We've played every stage and fought every boss by now. There is no need or point to do every single level three times per week. Hell, the only relevant difficulty is 35 PoE and that's a walk in the park.
VoG / CE - Again, you do these enough and there is no point anymore. You get all the gear (especially in CE) in a few runs.
Petra - She'll be at rank 4 next week. The bounties take all of 15 minutes to complete and she stops giving out good stuff at rank 3... so there's no point in doing this either.
Daily bounties - Again, why? Maxed out gear and characters. Oh well, some kid on the internet says I must collect my nine billionth husk flake in the Rocketyard and kill my millionth elite Fallen or I've not done everything. Let me get to it!
Edit 2: For those of you going "Oh, look at all your strength." You've obviously not noticed that all PoE gear is strength based. I've got two armour pieces from a "Judgement Chance" and both have been Strength. People complain about this constantly too so it's obvious you're just looking for something to pick at and be internet warriors. I wear PoE armour when doing PoE and that was the last thing I did.

For hardcore players, I can see why they feel that way. Partly bungies fault and partly the player base. Bungie seems to think the only thing you need to do is all new gear and that will keep it entertaining and for some players that seems to be fine. It's a mistake and not really worth coming back for. The gear should be... for those amazing things you want to do and it's not. You should want to be coming back to Destiny cause it's a great place to play and it's not really. It's not terrible, it's just a little to samey and there's not enough surprise and fun in the game.

you have all the new exotics....great....btw i don't think if you've gotten everythi g there is to have that this game is an around the clock game.....play it on Tuesdays and then play something else....

Pretty much. I figured my week would be full with PoE, raids and stuff. But.... I don't have a reason to do the raids anymore. Aside from trials, it cuts my destiny week up.

I don't have the excitement as before. As a casual who doesn't raid and was mainly strikes and bounties and such, I was happy to be -1 level to the elitists. I was happy with what I had and what I could do that I liked. I would've been fine if they kept that tradition from vanilla and tdb, but alas they didn't. I did join a clan today so hopefully I can experience what some of what everyone talks about I can finally do. However I just feel down the road in a month or two, I'll be like everyone else, and bored already.
