I just created a poll to see how many people would want to get bounties from the app. It would save a lot of time, not just for getting bounties but also for having to wait for your friends to get bounties.

This would save a lot time whether you're playing right then or away from the game (like at work) so you choose which one you're going for when you start playing. I think going to the tower is fine for turning bounties in, but if you want to choose one or even drop one, you should be able to do that from the app.

You're right though, it would save significant time either way; I could get bounties while I'm at work and while I'm in orbit or matchmaking. Again, not to mention that 4 of us wouldn't have to wait in orbit while the other guy goes to the tower, runs to the bounty officer, gets the bounties, deletes a couple to make room then goes back to orbit.
