Genesis 5:4 told us that Adam and Eve had sons and daughters, but since Cain, Abel, and Seth were the only individuals who were recorded and mentioned specifically, we are then left to assume that Cain married one of the daughter's of Seth, which would be one of his near to distant nieces. This is likely since humanity's individual longevity lasted on average a millennia.
