Acid Pistol?
So in crucible some people have this hand cannon that burns you and makes your screen green and it's really cheap. Does anyone know what it's called?

I would also like to add: there are these red glowing orbs that a hunter can drop near death? I always thought they were like xp I could just pick up but I die everytime... Someone care to explain?
