Maybe not everyone that has a bad connection is lag switching but there are people that do it. There is a bad connection button on the report feature. If it builds up a lot then Bungie can look to see if anything else is going on.

It's bullshit though when you get killed by the only red bad guy on the enemy team and he's teleporting all over the place due to lag. If it's never happened to you, great, but you would be 'whining' too. Can't 'g1t gUd' against someone you can't even hit.

It doesn't hurt to bring someone with a shitty connection to bungies attention. I play a lot of money for my high speed internet every month and only have a red bar when the host does. So aka when everyone has one.
