Traded characters for variations. I'd rather have one variation per character for more characters.

Not really, considering it still has the same amount of fighters as other mortal kombat games.

I'm just disappointed that certain characters were removed like Baraka and Rain.

Well rain wasn't really in the last game but they didn't have to remove barraka.
