Vestian Dynasty sidearm... so bad ass!
This is an amazing weapon. Fires some electric bolts... very quick too. Anyone else get this yet? LOVE IT!

3 RepliesI pulled it out for the first time playing Skirmish today, not expecting to use it very much (I'm the guy who sucks with hand cannons). This is no hand cannon, it's a blaster pistol from Star Wars. I love it. I racked up a kill the first time I pulled the trigger. Range is short, but ROF more than makes up for it. This is the handgun I've been waiting for- a backup weapon for my long guns when the range gets too close. I might even carry this on tight maps and keep a long gun as a backup weapon.

I use it primarily to take arc shields out. That's about it.

6 RepliesUnsure about it so far. On one hand it's fun to play with. But compared to a high impact shotgun, it doesn't seem to have that much more practical range for pve activities.

A lot of folks didn't think it was going to be very good but honestly i use it more than a hand cannon and i just spam the hell out of the badguys, plus i have it set to randomly disrupt the ability of fallen captains and it's doing really well. I got so many weapons from the DLC to level up it's a mission in itself.

6 RepliesFirst impression was that it was a worthless piece of junk. I was using it like I use a Hand Cannon. You've got to be a lot more spammy with it. It's growing on me a bit. It will be interesting to see how its anti-captain perk plays out. It's the standard reward for completing the first HoW story mission, so you'll have two more in the near future. Not sure why it's for sale at the same time.

Anyone notice that when you are out of ammo, and keep hitting the trigger that the little primer/light on the back brightens?

I've been messing with Universal Remote + Vestian Dynasty. It's pretty good for the story missions so far. I haven't had much time to play and won't until the weekend.
