Cryptarch not decrypting Ether Chest engrams
This must be happening to others. I have not read anything about it so not sure if its a glitch or if the cryptarch will not decrypt until the House of Wolves DLC is released. If anyone has any info on this, please share. This seems to happen only to the encrypted engrams we (my friend gets the same issue) get out of the Ether chests.

Read the patch notes. Blues and legendaries from ether chests won't decode until the House of Wolves drops.

They are HoW engrams and cant be decrypted until tuesday. Its in the patch notes!

Yeah, I've got a bunch of blue engrams that he doesn't decrypt as well. I'm guessing once HoW drops he will.
