Well don't get me wrong, a great exotic or legendary can beat them out in many ways with more perks available, but there are definitely great rare and uncommon options all over the place.

Pfffffft save more of your blues that you get waaaaayyyyyyy more options with them. Maxed impact handcanons with final round? Pfffffft puts Thorn to shame.
