I play on 360 and have since launch i never have issues with getting booted. It has to be your internet.

It's not my connection, its always the host, even in the crucible (Skirmish) I would sometime win the game with 0 points the because the other fireteam lagged out.

Strange. I live in the north east Us and don't seem to have many issues.
