What the fastest method to reach IB rank 5?
Any methods or tips are helpful :)

2 RepliesHad a horror run in iron banner last night. Unfortunately I got the results my skill level deserves. Night went like this L L L L L W L L L L L L L L L L L L W L L L L L L L L L L W, (5 Loss then win 12 loss then win 10 loss then win). Spent all night to only go from rank 2 + 411 to rank 2 + 1967 (including handing in 3 bounties from 2 days play). Still not at level 3 for the sniper. Here we go again tonight. I figure 5 loss tokens plus 1 win plus 10000 point bounty = level 3. Should only take me 3-4 hours. Sigh.

Do at least the bounties every day. The. Sat sun and mon, grind it for a while to top off. That buff is great for the last 3 days of IB. That's the "I don't play pvp much" method, the other is easy, just play it and with a team.

4 RepliesFocus on completing all bounties each day, always have the boost on, go to recruitment and find a good team so you win more, stay back more (good counter to Thorn, TLW, Hawkmoon, and Felwinters Lie, which are EXTREMELY common, I use TLW myself :p), and apparently wearing the emblem and maybe a shader or something helps gain rep, but I have no credible source on that.) Also make sure to play as much on Saturday-Monday, as the boost will be increased later on in the week.

6 RepliesI have 3 classes, ran each of them an hour each doing the bounties. Im rank 2 in all of them so far. Should hit rank 4 tonight if I invest an hour each again. I say just do the bounties. and it all depends if the fireteam of randoms do good or not. I paired up with friends though so we ended up winning about 80% of the matches. I say have a machine gun instead of a rocket launcher. you get more kills with it. Hopefully that helps

19 RepliesLast iron banner I did rank 0 to rank 5 in 6 hours, last day with tempered. Start matchmaking, if it says 3/12 for example stop and start again till you join a match someone ragequit, play the game to complete bountys etc until you lose to gain a medallion. Repeat this until you have 5 medallions, when you win with 5 medallions it gives over 1000 iron banner standing, which it is 8400 from rank 0 to rank 5, it takes around 8 wins and you can knock 5 loses and a win out in maximum of an hour or as short as 30 mins depending on how lucky you are finding matches, at most it would take 8 hours playing your losses From start to finish.
